      @@EricSherrell its old information to me. I'm a piano teacher and always doing research on learning. found this long ago. The same thing happens when we sleep after learning something new. The brain shifts it into long term memory during sleep. I like to assure my students that they are in the learning process even when not at the piano even sleeping.

    I came up with a bunch of "weird" movements like this. Basically moving blood around and opening up joints while breathing. I do all mine lying down on a hardwood floor. The heart is going to work more efficiently when you are horizontal assuming the intent isn't to exercise the heart but rather move oxygen throughout the body.

    its working definitly but but it triggers gass inside stomach and bowel out, however if you cannnot dealt with the gass trying to go out, it cause tension and if you eat something it will increase and could creat another problems as it did on me lol you are boosting you lung with this, and new lung volume triggging your stomach and bowel volume and create pressrure difference, high or low, doesnt matter, and system tries to balance pressure by letting go gass my adivide is dont to it more than 10 or 20 and listen gass movements your body, better not to eat on it, before 2 hours better drink water, so system could balance easier

    Hey Doc long covid shortness of breath 2+ years. just got infected again exactly 2 years later. My breathing is aweful at night 93 to 92% I got covid pneumonia as a nurse working a covid wing early in May 2020 I had bilateral lower lobe infiltrates. I was not hospitalized, my 02 never went low enough. Any suggestions for long covid shortness of breath! Thank you Doc!

    Is this a muscular endurance exercise as well as aerobic as well? What is the best rep range for maximum effect?

      It is not a muscle exercise. It uses momentum to length and open the joints and sinews and open the heart and lung nerves/arteries. 50-100 reps for Basic. 100-500 for Advanced. 500-1000 for Pro Level. Build up to it. If your muscles are tight you will be sore. If you lift a lot and have tight muscles then this will make you sore. However, with time you find that this exercise gives you many benefits. It will give you wings. ;)
